There are motorcyclists who break the law just as there are lawbreakers in all other types of vehicles.
The lawbreakers are the ones who are observed. Obviously, the patient motorcyclists stuck waiting in traffic along with all the other vehicles are not remarkable nor are they observed.
What Mr. Simpson sees or does not see is subjective and may even be swayed by his preexisting notions or feelings.
Anecdotal evidence is not sufficient to conclude anything about the world but only to make conclusions about the viewer. What Mr. Simpson says about motorcycles and danger is not true or reliable because it is based on personal accounts rather than facts or research.
All we have learned from Mr. Simpson's grievance is that he is angry. Who isn't?
